Maître Abgrall is a graduate of the University of PARIS II Panthéon-Assas and has been Managing Director of L’Etude du 25 since 1 January 2017. He is a former assistant lecturer in company law and a former titular member of the Examination Board of the Institut des Métiers du Notariat de Paris (Paris Institute of Notarial Careers); a former Treasurer of the Paris Chamber of Notaries and Secretary to the Board of Trustees responsible for legal and real estate affairs for a recognised public interest non-profit body employing 1,800, he also chairs a charity caring for street children in India, in conjunction with the Don Bosco charity, which is extremely active in India. He is bilingual French/English.
Focused exclusively on real estate and professional financing, he and his team work as service providers for companies and investment funds in France and English-speaking countries in strict compliance with notarial ethics. With his extensive experience, he advises on, initiates and manages sales and acquisition/financing processes. The core activities of the team he manages range from bilingual audits to due diligence, data room, legal and environmental risk analyses, and negotiating and drafting contracts.
