The Notarial Office

Historically, the office (Etude) has been located in the Vaugirard Quarter of the Fifteenth District of Paris since 1791. In 2017, pursuing its development as it adapted to the changing needs of its clients and the French Administration, it became L’ETUDE DU 25. As part of this transformation and in order to provide an enhanced welcome for its clients, the Office moved into new premises, still in the Fifteenth District, at Tour Cristal – 7/11 Quai André Citroën, on the banks of the Seine. To help clients complete their projects and satisfy their expectations, L’Etude du 25 decided on an up-to-the- minute approach by adopting appropriate technology and the latest software to deliver greater flexibility and interactivity in the work entrusted to it. The expertise of the Notaries and their staff in the multifarious fields and tasks entrusted to them means they can meet the requirements of both professionals and the general public. L’Etude du 25 was awarded ISO certification over a decade ago and is currently in the process of gaining certification under the 2015 version. The Office strives to continually update its procedures and organisation thanks to the genuine dynamism of its teams. L’Etude du 25 combines outstanding skills, efficiency and responsiveness, working systematically within the law in order to ensure clients obtain the requisite satisfaction.
