A graduate of the University of PARIS I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Maître Bouillot has worked with Social Housing entities and cooperatives, public land establishments, and local goverment organisations for over 15 years. He and his team have built up an array of expertise in urban planning and construction law, public law, and more specifically in the legistlation surrounding social housing, being regularly involved with these agents in the acquisition of real estate portfolios and land in often complex transactions, and in the set-up of construction programmes for home buyers, occasionally via atypical schemes such as rent-to-buy.
