Véronique DEJEAN de la BATIE

A graduate of the University of PARIS II Panthéon Assas, Maître Dejean De La Batie also attended the Ecole du Louvre, earning a Master’s diploma. A former assistant lecturer in private international law at the CFPN in Poitiers, she has published several studies on the practice of private international law (comparative analysis of France and Russia), and also lectures on the same subject at the Centre de Formation Notarial de PARIS training institute. She regularly publishes the text of her lectures on topics inluding intergenerational inter-vivos distribution, and the economic approach to property division, co-authored by Professor Aulanier

Maître Dejean de La Batie advises her clients on family law and assists her overseas clients on questions involving private international law . She has specialist knowledge in the field of wealth engineering and national and international wealth tax planning.
