A graduate of the University of PARIS II Panthéon-Assas, Maître Liva has been an assistant lecturer at the Institut des Métiers du Notariat (Paris Institute of Notarial Careers) and is a mediator at the Paris Chamber of Notaries’ Mediation Centre.
He mainly works on real estate transactions for individuals, self-employed professionals and companies regardless of the object of the transactions (apartments, houses, business, industrial, or commercial premises, retail parks, on-plan transactions, etc.).
He also assists businesses throughout their life span for all legal operations: creation, legal follow-up, auditing and consultancy, LBOs, acquisitions, disposals, drafting of commercial leases, pacts, and winding-up.
